In this interview, he speaks about the expectations of customers in the post covid age of ecommerce. He says that covid has accelerated customer expectations and that they have three expectations when it comes to ordering online delivery. Firstly, they want choice. And by that, the choice of when and how they will receive the delivery. The second expectation, is communication. And that expectation is universal in all countries. And lastly, they expect predictability. Late delivery is less of a concern, as long as they are advised of an alternate date and time of delivery.
